Hood Eyebrow Repair

Anyone have any good ideas on how to fix the studs that hold the eyebrow to the hood on a 1966 Cutlass?
Are these made from aluminum or pot metal? I suppose I could drill a small shallow hole and tap it.

They are pot metal. The only way to repair it is to send it to a replater who specializes in pot metal. Be sitting down when you get the quote. Repairs like this are very labor intensive. I've had excellent results from Qual Krom in Erie, PA. They can also repair the broken mounting stud. There are others who do similar quality work.
