Deciphering tags

Hello,

I was hoping you might be able to tell me a little more about my car from the tags? Here are some pictures of the identifying numbers I saw. Am I missing any?

Thanks!
Pat

Thanks for posting the tags themselves!

The body cowl tag decodes as a 1968 Cutlass convertible, built the 4th week of February at Lansing, Michigan. Willow Gold lower body color with black convertible top. Willow Gold Strato Bucket Seats. V-8 engine

02D = time built code, 4th week (D) of February (2)
68 = year
3667 = same as below (Cutlass V-8 convertible)
LAN = Lansing
280822 = body number at Lansing plant
944 = Strato Bucket Seats
G = Willow Gold lower body color
2 = black top, vinyl or convertible, convertible in your case

The VIN doesn't tell you any more than this.

3 = Oldsmobile
36 = Cutlass V-8
67 = convertible
8 = model year
M = Lansing plant
XXXXXX = production sequence number at the Lansing plant.

Someone else will have to help with the engine stampings.
