1970 Cutlass core support fix help

I'm finally back to working on my car after a deployment. I was treating the rust and prepping it for some paint when I noticed the driver side headlight section is bent on the core support. Any idea how I will go about fixing this? Hammer and dolly, heat, etc? I would really like to keep the original. Especially with this car/part being a 1 year production.

Passenger side for reference.

Yes you should be able to straighten that. It looks solid, not rusty/rotten so I wouldn't replace it. I'd try laying that portion down on a hard surface and hammer it.

Thank you for your response. I will get a heavier hammer and some wood. The metal is very solid and doesn't want to move with the normal hammer I was using. I guess it needs a little more motivation. Haha

You can also try two pieces of wood and a big C clamp to get it straightened out. Alittle gentler than a big hammer but a hammer would.do and the pieces of wood..

That is also a good idea. I would give that a try if the hammer doesn't work.

Thank you for all the help. It's not perfect but it will do after some minor adjustments.
