Max HP from 455 / E Heads ?

What would be the most HP a good engine builder could get out of a 1970 455 with ported E Heads, say 10:1 compression, stock exhaust and an upgraded cam ?

street/strip car...nothing crazy...

i would say 400-450 hp. with that compression and i dont know what with stock exhaust. if u raise the compression and use race fuel u will get more.

There's a lot of variables that would play a part in the result.Getting the right camshaft is one.

Camshaft (as noted above), headers vs. manifolds, and exhaust/mufflers will be the limiting factors rather than heads.
