I looked at Summit, they don't have all the thicknesses that BTR has...I think he is having them custom made by Cometic. They only show 3 sizes, 4.200 bore (2) and a 4.400 bore - all .040" thick.

I have a 4.190 bore and the Cometics are 4.240 X .040. You can go thinner or thicker to suit your needs. All are cutom made. I personally would call Travato to order them.

I ordered a set of 4.200 bore X .060" Cometics from Bill. I just picked the heads up from the machine shop. We CC'd them after they took off .005" to resurface and they came out to 73 CC's.

Now I have seen everything. Bill seems to think Mondello surfaced the heads before they sent them to me...there's no way .005" should've taken off 4 CC's.

Anyway, with the pistons .005" OUT of the hole, 14 CC valve relief, .060" gasket and 73 CC chambers the compression should stay around 10.65:1. I can live with that...hope it lives now that EVERYTHING Mondello has been replaced.
