1969 400 Pistons

Any suggestions on where to get pistons for my 69 400 G block?
I will be using Eagle Connecting rods 6.735 so I will need floating pins.

Sonic test the block. If it will bore to 4.00 you can use 327 Chevy pistons after bushing the rods down to.927" If you pick wisely, they will save a couple hundred grams (easier on rods and bearings), give you rings with less tendency to flutteriing (1/8 vs 5/64), and remove the pin offset. Don't deck the block until you see how far they are below deck.

nice advice. the 455 is the same way, you can use different mfg. components, works well, come out cheaper. thank GOD for good machinists.
