At this point, trimmed and I glued the "boomerang" to the backside of the wheel wings. The glue only takes a minute or so to set, so you need to be mindful of gluing large areas at once. I slowly worked from the hub towards the outer wheel stretching, gluing, and holding for it until it set then moved outwards. You can see the running stitches on the "boomerang" and collar.
