I am in the process of switching out the proportioning valve because I went to disc brakes in the back. I am also relocating the proportioning valve because I'm putting headers on the cat. Is the piece in the picture, that is bolted to the booster, needed? What is that that piece for?, i never remember seeing one before. Thank you
