This is the transmission 1/2 of the transmission mount. It is a solid mount that bolts to the tail housing and has tabs that the exhaust pipes can bolt to as well.
A suspended loop over the top will house the bushings and suspend the transmission instead of the transmission sitting on a crossmember.
