Hard to get a good picture of the bracket from underneath I just have it installed right now with text screws until I'm sure it's in the exactly the right spot it has to be very close. Next I have to fabricate linkage to the shift detent for the transmission.

I hope you can see this shot is between the grill and the radiator with the hood hold down plate removed it shows how the center grill bar is mounted I actually used my two Center Oldsmobile mounts to mount the grill bar but the up louder mounts did not line up I will have to modify them slightly.
