I bought this rally steering wheel kit from original owners parts. I had trouble with the hub install had to use needle files to get it on. Now I can’t get the horn cap on. Anybody going through this issue in the past? Is there something in these pictures that anybody sees that is wrong? Help would be deeply appreciated. Thanks.
