350 camshaft

I'm building the 350 that is original to my 69 cutlass conv. It has #5 heads and shallow dish pistons. (not sure of the cr) I want to go with flat top pistons (clearance prob?)and not bore the block. It is in good shape. Not too concerned with fuel economy because I have always bought octane booster.
This is a cruiser and not a racer. I don't drive it much, just to shows, cruise-ins and to relive my childhood. I'm 70 and still remember a few things. Especially things that go thump thump at the red light. I had a 55 chev when I was a lot younger and I made it run and thump. I want all the torque I can get and a god sounding rough idle, but not go crazy. It has a 4-speed and a 308 pos.
What cam should I get and I had rather not rework the heads, Just refresh them.
I think this forum is loaded with lots of experts because I read a lot of them and now I need some help. Please let me know soon because of my age. I'm on a downhill slide. LOL

An Erson Viking 100H on a 108 would give you what you're after. It'll work with stock style valve train and minimal head work.
However make sure you don't go past 10-10.25:1 compression. Otherwise you'll be borderline for higher octane fuel with iron heads.
