Hate to bring it up again.........

So I know my two options for a combo of mounts on my 78 omega but for the 260 frame mounts... Instead can I use the big block ones from late 60s early 70s I am having a hard time finding mounts. Also which chev mount can I use with the t/a mounts I have heard clamshell used for two different ones

Search out the sticky on Motor mounts
or engine mounts. Our tech guru Joe Padavano
has this subject covered. Top to bottom, so to speak.

Those certainly are Chevy M/M's.
Are you trying to put a sbc in or a sbo?
I am confused on what your goal is.

I have solved the issue, just don't know if I can delete this thread... BUT a t/a guy said he has a 403 olds in with these mounts but I now have it sorted out. But I believe I will use the anchor olds 2387 and the t/a mounts.....and a small block olds motor. Sorry for the confusion.

Glad you got it sorted out.
So you went with a sbo 403
in a 78 Cutlass using Chevy motor mounts? J/K.

Pretty much just blew my mind there, and I second guessed everything... But the good thing about doing something you don't know about is that you learn a ton of stuff... And a lot that doesn't help.
