How do you reply to an email. I've used the exact same setup on Pontiac sites and here I can't reply, no place to enter a response. What is wrong?

 

Is it an email or PM? Emails have 2 options, you can look at the address even though it came through the site and see the senders personal email or you can send it back through a link through our site. A PM you must go back to the site to respond in your PM section.
