My post show up like a mp3 download on dial up.
I just don't know if it is something on my end. If it is standard practice with new members, I'm ok with that, just want to make sure it isn't my end.

Welcome. For some reason your post was flagged as "Moderated", which only allows moderators to see it. I've approved it, so you should be good to go. I don't understand why this happens, because it doesn't happen all the time, only occasionally.

 

Apparently, the owners of this site and others have decided to increase it's security with more scrutiny towards new members and also flags on certain words. This has been an ongoing issue lately.

 

Ok. that is fine. I'm sure they have to deal with bots, and such.
I didn't know if it was my browser that can't be updated till I update the o/s. Not going to happen on a 150.00 laptop. My new pc is in a corner because we are sanding the hardwood floors in 2 rooms.

 

It's got nothing to do with your browser and this will stop over time.
