It can translate that message. That VIN belongs to olds67's friend. It's from a 1965 F85. Can someone please decode it for him? Sorry, I can't.

I found it then I paid but it's been over a month and has not arrived yet, I'm afraid I have screwed the money, the gentleman does not respond to emails and are still without iio drum, as I do, I'm in trouble...
