Very pleased with my 70 PIM. More information in it than what I expected. I really like the tabbed pages for each section. This blows away my previous bought PIM with clear readable information. If your looking for a PIM this is where you go!
Thanks You Paul for providing!
Hopefully someone comes forward with an original 1971 Oldsmobile Assembly Manual and permits you to copy it, so everyone can benefit from the information and diagrams.
I bought a Brand X 1970 Cutlass PIM 17 years ago. It had missing pages, partial pages, unreadable pages, and marked-up pages.
This PIM is free of those problems and has extra material. I would not doubt it is best on the market.
just received my 70 manual and compared to the other reprint I have, I concur, hands down a 100% better.
the 1 sided printing takes more space but is easier to use the manual and they are tabbed for easy ref.
highly recommend.
Here is an example of the diff in quality. Old reprint on bottom.
there are a lot of this type of printing that are resolved in the new manual.
another plug for Paul
Hello Hairy Olds, Paul, .. please tell me you are still selling these? I would like to get one of your '68 print outs.
I bought one from someone else, and it's horrid, 53 year old eyes don't help -
Great handle by the way! Lol, I remember seeing part of the 'rebuild' of Hairy back in the 90:s, then seeing it completed a few years later at the 100th anniversary I believe.
