Rust

I own a 98 daily driver Intrigue. We bought it new and have taken very good care of it. Changed oil every 2000 miles, rotated tires yada yada yada. Has been garaged kept and washed at least once a week with an underneath rinse in the winter and back into a heated garage. 94,000 miles, looks great, decent gas mileage, like driving it. But the underside is rusting away. Back inunder the rear doors where the control arms attach. WTH the rest of the car looks so good. Is this a common problem with these? Do they make any kind of repair panels for this? This thing is getting bad and I would like to save it. Thanks.
