I have a 80 Cutlass with a bench seat in the front, even though its very comfortable im not to partial to it and would like to change it for some bucket seats. I have some red and black bucket seats out of a mid 90's camaro with the rails. I was just wondering if anybody things this would be a good idea or if any modifying would need to be done to get them to fit. Also, any ideas on what i would do about a console?

What the fronts look like?

 

unless you have the 60/40 split bench you will need to weld in the mounting brackets for a bucket seat conversion .not sure if if your seats would be a direct bolt in but with some fabrication it should work.your best bet would be to use a set from a gbody car as those pictured above .im considering this option for my 80 as well

 

driver quality.no rips but has a few cigarette burns.the back of one of the seats is burgundy instead of blue but paint would fix that in my opinion.the interior is sold as complete not seperated .ok?let me know sir.with an e-mail i can forward pics .be safe,james
