If the 400 tube doesn’t work, I could resort to an aftermarket flexible tube .
Interesting that the g-body 200 tube doesn’t fit . I had the idea of trying to find one...

Hi all what does it take to change a 1958 Olds non power steer to power streering ? Of course I know pump and box but what else. And anyone done this conversion ? Thanks

That is the 292 Ford Y block rubber seal. You basically just have to reset your thrust bearing, if you have to loosen the mains to get the old seal out. But if it isn't leaking, it should be fine....
