I agree that an electric pusher pump at the rear is important. I also use the thick, vented fuel bowl to base gasket. Lastly, it helps to delete the mechanical fuel pump and the glass bowl filter....

I agree with Jesse and Joe, unless yours are damaged or possibly weakened by salt corrosion they typically do not need replaced. If you have a trusted mechanic who says they need replaced then myself...
