Check the seal between the master and the booster.
If the lines aren't rusty n crusty you can gently maneuver the master out of the way enough to R&R the seal.
Ultimately breaking the lines loose...

Well I ran a jumper wire from a key on power wire to the brown wire on the blower switch all speeds work but the a/c compressor does not kick in when control's are on a/c so I guess tomorrow chase...
