Help to identify this spindle

I removed this spindle from the front of my 66 442 Project. I did that because the bottom ball joint would not seat properly. I've gotten a new, proper fitting spindle, and am just curious what this one was from. The spindle looks almost identical to the new NOS one, but the bottom stem hole is larger. It has these indentifiers on it near the top joint stem hole, but they are sort of hard to read:

B0 09 or 091
GM20 or 207

Anyone have an idea?
Thanks,
Randy

It looks like an A-body spindle. Perhaps the bottom hole has been damaged or machined wrong? I've seen spindles where a loose ball joint stud wore the tapered hole oversize.
