Another 70 cutlass Cowl tag question

Is there any code for 4 speed option on Fisher Body tag on the 70 Cut S ?

I think 72 had a V or U in the Vin for 4speed; but what about 1970 cars? Can you tell by looking at a 1970 cutlass cowl tag or Vin if the vehicle was originally equiped with a manual trans 4 speed.

I've seen '68s and '73s with "M20" on the cowl tag, but I have never seen a '70-'72 with the trans indicated on the cowl tag. Even in 1972, L75 455/M20 cars are the only ones with an ironclad VIN indicating a 4 speed (the V). There's nothing to differentiate a 4 speed 350 or W-30 car in the VIN or cowl tag. The only way to tell in 1970 is original paperwork or if your Muncie's stamp matches the car's VIN.
