Thumbs up Rebuilding your 72 cutlass tail lights

Just wanted to pass this along for those that need to rebuild the inner part the tail light sockets. These inner replacement connectors are exactly like the inserts that are stock. Just push out of the housing and push them all the way into the original housings past the dimples that hold it in. (CAUTION BEWARE OF THE ORIENTAION OF THE CONTACTS!) Then use a punch and lightly set the base using the same dimples in the housings.
If our original housings are trash then you could use the new whole assembly for the 3/4" hole just seal it up with a silicone.
