need a new radiator, 70 w-30. w. a/c

Hey guys i need a new radiator.
I bought a c165 rock auto this summer, 4 row. But my father needed it, seems like i cant find a decent replacement. I bought a 300$ one, that was supposed to be copper/ brass but wasnt.
All i can find is the be-cool and the u.s. radiator both are 600-700$ that are a stockish replacement.
At that point im thinking get a aluminum with electric fans?
Ive been researching but not getting anywhere, thank you

Get the OEM re-cored if numbers or OEM looks important to you. Or find an OEM that needs a re-core. Cant help you with non OEM. Google Harrison radiators I got a bunch of hits.

Don't spent 1K on a radiator. You can find an original needing recored for $150 or less and a quality core will be around $400 installed. If you just want something that works then get the one in the car recored if it is a 4 core.

That seems about rite, i just dont know what a re-core life span is? The place around here, that i brought it to said that it wasnt worth the $ ( not original) They said the one i have is too fare gone, and would be 400$ with no responsibility

If the tanks are not damaged then it is no to far gone because the tanks are all that is reused. I would consider finding a new radiator shop and get a second opinion.

LOLOL...Next state to the left. The one where the city needs to be annexed to its own state, and then get rid of the dem lib dynasty thats been entrenched here since our inception onto the union. Moving is the only option. Thats in the near future. One certainly does not want to retire here.

Go with the Champion! I have ran my 3 core w/ac for three yrs! Its extremely hot here at summer, its never ever gone over 195 degrees! Even when we fired up my total rebuild of the 350 in my 71 cutlass supreme it didn't over heat for the break in process! Can't say enough about their Quality, built in the good old USA!! OH, buy the way I'm running factory clutch fan, and shroud, everything fits like factory orginal !

Sorry, this may be too late to be any help. The full sized cars from the mid-1960's possibly into the mid-1970's had one large tank that is the same as the 4 row tanks, and one smaller like the 3 row tank. The large one is the side with the fill cap on it that also has the Harrison name pressed into it. I've got several of those radiators that could be used for parts if you want the Harrison tank. John
