Hey Guys got back early this morning..... Sorry to say that was our Resort in the news...... It is a twinned resort mirrroring each other..The Rivera side and the Sunset side.we were in the Sunset side restaurant about 100 yards from the blast when it happened. My Wife and are fine our friends that came with as well. It was a few very sureal days down there but the Staff there were amazing.... Not really alot to tell we were eating breakfast at about 9 am the restaurant is all glass walls... The concussion from the blast flexed the glass about 3 inchs crap was flying everywhere and then the chaos began... we didn`t leave the restaurant at first there were people running everywhere..

Anyone with medical background rushed to the building and it went from there .A tragic loss of life.. I am just glad we got to home and hug our children.... no idea what the outcome of the investigation will conclude not one knows for sure yet..

The big one for me was I was going to suggest eating at the Rivera side but changed my mind because it would just be the exact same

Good thing I changed my mind because the outcome could have been much different

glad you and your group are ok, too bad you had to go thru that on your relax time. those resorts are very cool, but i could tell they didnt follow any building codes. they didnt say what caused it yet?
