The backing isn't cloth....it's a not-so-durable foam layer on the backside that tends to crumble and deteriorate over time. The topside is a woven or compressed grey fiber material. Again, doesn't seem to play well with items being on top of it, rubbing against the material, etc. The fibers tend to start coming loose a bit and sort of get "fuzzy" as they get snagged by items rubbing against them. This was likely a cheap way to provide a trunk liner/"pad" for the factory.

If ILT has them for that price INCLUDING shipping that seems like a relative bargain.

Yeah i used to like Fusick.
but i was dealing with Kevin the other day on a set of seat covers and he sold the last pair on me. So if i can buy stuff somewhere else i will.
Thats bad business practice in my book.
I was adding a few items to my order threw email with him and all the sudden he was telling me "Sry i sold them this morning" i was like thanks for telling me.
So i said ok i will spread the word how this went.
p.s im sure "they" will come up with another Story. To bad i used to like buying grom them.
