Trunk divider board
Like this...

Insulation first, then the board. I glued the insulation to the other side of the board, then punched out the two holes for the hanging hooks.
The back seat back holds it in place.
I cut around the wiring at the lower side to make it fit better. If you have rear defogger, then you have more holes to punch out...
Ignore the two screws in the side - those were only temporary...
