Steering Linkage

I'm a little reluctant to get Moog stuff now that they've gone offshore, but I don't even see center links listed on Summit, Rock, or Spohn. HR Parts n Stuff looks to be out of business? Where's a good spot to get US made stuff? I need an idler, center link, and tie rod ends. The ball joints are new(ish).

I've had good luck with the imported Moog parts, but I understand. Rare Parts makes a lot of their own parts in SoCal, but I don't know if everything they sell is US-made or not.

Thanks, haven't heard of them. They price their stuff accordingly, though. Shewwwww, buddy!
I did find a CPP kit on Summit for $240. I wasn't impressed with the ProForged (India) stuff, and it's backordered at Speedway.

Yeah, unfortunately they are kind of like SMS upholstery - they are the only source for some unobtanium parts like ball joints and center link for my 67 Delta.

I have used MEVOTECH, from Rockauto. Good product.

Slightly off topic to your query…but aren’t their 2 sizes for the pitman arm and link?
or is that 65 only?
order accordingly

My Cutlass was one of the cars used to test fit the Proforged A body steering parts. I installed their inner/outer tie rod ends with couplers, drag link, and idler arm. I chose not to use their pitman arm and left the stock one in place. These parts have been on my car since 2013 with no issues. The rest of the suspension, ball joints, control arm bushings, sway bar links, and springs are all Moog and they were replaced 2012.
I would highly recommend parts from either company.

I inadvertently wound up with two center links for my '68 4-4-2. The extra is about ten years old, and new in box Federal/Mogul "QuickSteer" PN.DS749 If it will work for you and you are interested, let me know.

Thanks for the offer, but shipping would be ridiculous (21771).

I'll second what oldcutlass said. I recently (~2 years ago) used ProForged steering parts on one of my '69's and was thoroughly satisfied. I also did not replace my original pitman arm. I only used Moog for the front and rear springs. No complaints with those either.
