Show us your grill !!

Here we go (with Dream Olds blessing )
Show us your grill/front bumper I know there are those that object to grill stating that's something to throw a steak on so for those of you show us you front end/bumper.
Its no secret and I have posted many times I have a thing for fat fendered cars 33-37 but lets face it just like todays cars the frt ends pretty much looked the same vertical grills, headlight placement etc... I think Packard did a good job of distinguishing themselves with the hump/arch at top center, you always knew it was a Packard. I think in the mid 50's things came alive with the competition all trying to out do each other with chrome, bumperettes cross bars etc..
I will start it off with my 56 , this was commonly known as the Bass Mouth grill.
So start them coming !! I love front ends !! Just a side note one of my favorite Olds front ends of the 60's was the 67 88 and 98's
I love the depth of the headlights and how the fenders extend past them and what I call the beak protruding from the center !! (Ford must have liked it too they completely ripped off Olds on there 71 Galaxy (compare the 2)
Ill let you 67 guys post your pics
here's the Bass Mouth . love them all.

Show us your grill !!

A grill is a cooking surface.

You are probably more interested in seeing examples of grilles.

Thanks no1oldsfan for your interest and kind words. I do have a Youtube page called spikedpunk that features a decent amount about this car. https://www.youtube.com/user/spikedpunk

Thank you. These are my 2 favorite pictures of my car. My sister in law is a professional photographer, she makes damn good money doing wedding, graduation and senior and family photos. Automotive photography is a little out of her comfort zone, but she definitely nailed it with these 2

I mentioned in the O.P. that Ford must have liked the 1967 Olds front end design because they stole it in 1971, it took them 4 years, maybe they figured after 4 years no one would notice ! is it just me ! take the turn signals from t

he bumper move them between the headlights, change the grid grille to vertical and you have a 67 Olds 88 front end. What do you think ? maybe I have to much time on my hands !
