USPS is struggling right now. Should get better as soon as the lockdowns end.
My daughter just got a job with them and has been working 50 hours a week.

Same problems here with me .my last two shipments I paid for second day and it took 7 days each to get to me . I get the whole covid delay thing but why even offer second day if you can’t even come close .

I recently sent a USPS media mail package with a 5/28 delivery date and it was actually delivered two days early on 5/26... On the flip side it took five weeks to receive a package from Australia, which is usually a 10 day delivery time frame... Apparently Australia had a complete air system shutdown and everything had to be shipped (literally) by ship...

Thats at the sellers end, its all automated, point and click, no way of knowing which package will go thru a backup until it happens. Contact the seller for a refund.

In both cases I was refunded just annoyed I had help lined up to work on my engine and had to cancel .

A couple of weeks ago I had a package sent from Inline Tube in Detroit that took 2 weeks to get to me in FL. Per tracking info, it sat in the Detroit USPS facility for 1 week before it started moving along.
