so I get a call from a buddy .... as many car stories start ......... so does mine ....
His buddy has an Oldsmobile ... and is going to sell it,,,, this is the car
its ruff ruff ruff .... car was stolen in the 80's and wrecked ,,, hood gone spoiler gone .steering wheel ....
he says its original paint .... HUH RALLEY is spelled wrong .... what the heck ??
car is 3 hours away ,, runs but ... discs ,,, console ,,, still has the original carb n radiator cap w hollow rivet,,,
air cleaner base seems wrong ,,,,??
is it true production started 2nd week of january ?? with the rare stuff gone is it worth picking up a semi rust bucket ?
seems the market is kinda flushed with 30.000 dollar nice unsold driver cars
any hoods out here in washington oregon ??? for sale
any insight would be nice ...
being an original motor and trans and a std 350 4bbl as I understand and a th350 non posi it just kinda seems like a car to avoid

How much can you get it for? There are still some good parts there. You can't pay more than the value of the good parts on this one even if it would be restored. Is it bucket seats? Rally Pack? How good is the console? Is it a Dual Gate?
