New to me

Picked up a legit original W30 over the weekend.
I will be the third owner since new after the last owner suddenly passed away. Car is documented by GM Heritage and has always been a local area car.

Started the process of matching up numbers to VIN and most looks good. Carb, Rads and Waterpump are not original.
Anybody have a spare W30 carb? LOL

Looks nice, you will want to change the valve covers, as they are on backwards.

Awesome find, what's the switch on the dash next to the wipers for. That's a neat color combo, white top with black stripes - I like it.

valve covers and rad hose on backwards....typical mechanics shop error.
will be rectified.

Nice looking ride... Unusual to see the wheels color coded to the roof and not the body color or gray...

original wheels were powder coated by the previous owner to match the top. i think i will change them back to argent grey per original, but my wife is not altogether for that. she likes the white wheels.

car looks good with white rims but maybe try a grey plastic coat on them at first just to see, then just peel it off and either leave them or paint them argent. I bet you'd like it better with the argent. But if the wife likes them white - white will be.

Congrats again to Vaughn.

I had the privilege of seeing the car in person yesterday and it is a remarkable time capsule.

I look forward to riding shotgun in it real soon.

Nice car and unique color combo, not trying to nit pick but it looks like a non shroud top plate that someone added a shroud to.

Gorgeous car, enjoy that special car. I have never seen the Stinger Radial GTS before, I like tread pattern, reminds me of the old Dunlop GT qualifer's and the reviews online are good.

Sweet car!

What are the plans?
Clean up the older restoration? Tear into it completely?
Or just little things and drive and enjoy?

Nice ride. Best of luck with many years. Does it still have the hitch? If so and you aren't going to keep it I'd be interested.
