It's not gonna go very fast. It might be quick to 25 mph, but the engines gonna top out in a hurry.

That small drum is a clutch - a go kart clutch. It's centrifugal.

Somehow early this morning all I saw was a sprocket on the flexplate and totally missed the clutch.
