need molding

I need door window molding for my 1978 Cutlass. Anyone have any ideas? I am having a hard time finding parts.

The chrome that goes against the lower window wipe.

Try this one, this could help you out www.tegger.com/hondafaq/misc/...dr_windows.pdf. Take note, you are required to remove the glass, and maybe you'll think it's not that easy. Watch out for the sharp edges too. You have to remove the interior trim panel and peel back the plastic weather sheeting. Just visit the site for the following procedures.

Ok, may sound like a dumb question. I had a 78 Cutlass Calais (new in 78 -lucky me!!). But I also noticed that there were different trim lines between Cutlass Supreme and other models. Does your car have the wide chrom belt molding? Or is it just the small silver bead next to the window sweep?
It didn't take a whole lot to put little dents or scratches in that wide belt molding. Can you attach a picture of the part you're looking for? I've seen some 78/79/80 part cars over the past while. And all 3 years are compatible for the parts you need.
