Could someone Please Decipher this cowl tag for me. I'm thinking about going to check out the car. Need to know the numbers mean opposed to what is in the car. Does it look tampered with? It looks like someone sanded it a little too much. Is it missing any numbers or letters? Thank you

R = Arlington, TX assembly plant
23843 BDY = Fisher Body sequence number
TR 947 = white vinyl interior
A52 = bench seat
36 A PNT = Radiant Green (36) lower body color with white (A) vinyl top
06B = build second week (B) of June (06), 1972
0886 = manifest number on build sheet
