I was out driving with the family in my cutlass this weekend (just enjoying the sun with the top down) when a guy pulled up next to us. He said that he was looking for a new project and he was looking for an L86 Olds, but the last one that he saw was going for $105 thousand.

I nodded in all of the right places, but I had no idea what he was talking about and have never heard of this one. L86 sounds more like a corvette motor than any type of Oldsmobile.

Anyone out there ever heard of this? I did a little digging through the interweb, but came up empty. The only thing that I can think of is that he was talking out of his nether regions

 

Maybe he meant L69 which could explain the $105k?
