Hans and WIld About Cars work together on ads and brochures. For example, if you go to his 1961 Buick section on brochures, you will see materials donated by us. Hans is a big Corvette guy and has "his and hers" 'vettes (he likes 442 too).

He is big on early 50s Oldsmobiles and you can see one of his contributions to WAC at http://wildaboutcarsonline.com/cgi-b...=9990336160792

He's a great guy - who is a TOTAL car nut.

Oh and he and I have the same plate "lov2xlr8". Mine is on my Terminator Cobra and his is on his Vette

Are you talking about Wild About Cars? If so, do you know that you need to click on the download (on the right) and the file will download as a pdf which you can either view or print or save to you PC.

The main picture is a large thumbnail - not the actual picture.

That is a problem with jpg files shot at low resolution. At WAC we do everything full size at 200-300 DPI and then convert it to PDF. We don't have the 60 Brochure or the ads up as yet, but our staff is working on it. If you join WAC www.wildaboutcars.com and the e-mail me to remind me, I'll get out the whip and flog our staff to get 1960 loaded. :-)

Yikes! I already joined the site, but ppppleaase don't get out 'the whip'!! All those nice voluntolds don't deserve a flogging just to get this done...Kurt's doing a great job. I noticed that Olds is now up to 237 main file items. That's LEAPS and BOUNDS ahead of it's nearest competitor - Pontiac. Great job Bob and Kurt!

On second thought....I wanna see the whip......post a pic of yourself 'in action'!! Thinkin it won't look anything like Indiana Jones

92 Tech Info Directories; 237 Factory Publications Directories; 48 Advertisement Directories; 33 Sales Brochure Directories = 420 Directories or 11,340 OLDSMOBILE page images excluding Magazine Articles and news, member cars, etc.

We estimate the Olds total to be around 15,000.

It's the FEAR of the whip that works . . . :-)

It's impressive. I found some info in the technical section tonight that I never knew existed. No wonder Kurt is so smart...he has all these resources at his fingertips

For DreWRoolZ - the 1960 Olds "Prestige" Brochure is now loaded on Wild ABout Cars. It can be found at http://wildaboutcarsonline.com/cgi-b...=9990406225747

Remember to DOWNLOAD or view the Brochure, click on the PDF file name not the little thumbnail, as this is just a representation of the cover and is not high res.
