Hood insulation

I just got my new hood insulation for my 57 olds from fusick, does it matter which spray adhesive I use? I know it's a one time shot to line it up on there once you spray it

I would use 3M #77 spray adhesive. Spray it on the backside of the insulation.

I also used 3M 77 with good results, I have used a cheaper brand on a Land Cruiser and fought sag shortly after application. Be sure to follow directions and don't rush letting it tac up. An extra hand is always a good idea....Tedd
