Participated in a car show yesterday (Sunday) at The Revel restaurant in Frisco, TX.
I was one of the early arrivals. Though the temp climbed to around 100 by early afternoon, the lot filled up with cars, trucks and motorcycles.
Thankfully, shade trees and the restaurant provided some relief.

I don't mind the heat as long as there is some semblance of shade to get my body out of the sun. Were you the only Olds?

There was one other Olds, a '69 H/O.
A few Sundays ago I took my '69 H/O to a show in Little Elm, TX. The above-mentioned H/O was there too, which was the first time I'd seen it.
That day I was only able to talk to the owner for a few minutes at the end of the event.
This past Sunday he and I spoke for quite a while. I'm sure I'll be seeing him again. Would be nice to arrange to have our H/O's side-by-side at an event.
If/When that happens, I'll take a photo or two to post on CO.
