Cruise Control?

I'm getting my 65 ready for the road, does anyone have a source for a good after market cruise system for old cars. I have looked on the net and there doesn't seem to be much available.

This might be the excuse you need to upgrade to fuel injection.

Well, Perfect Circle was bought out by Dana, so you could check a number of their stores. I did a quick web search and came up with these:
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/1960s-70s-Dan...item3372efc3fc

http://www.thecruisecontrolstore.com...FQ2FhwodWiHDhQ

http://www.summitracing.com/search/B.../?autoview=SKU

Good luck with the decision. I have OEM for my car.

Why kinda late now, had an anused Compu-Cruise unit, I recently gave to another forum member. Pretty cool set up really, as was an LED display keyboard, with a driveshaft magnet assembly and in fuel line flow sensor. Cruise control, showed MPH, RPM, outdoor temp, MPG, the whole deal. Doubt these are made anymore, but maybe find one on e-bay.

I bought one from JC Whitney, a Microcruise 4 in 2009. I installed on my Cutlass in a couple hours. It was pretty straight forward and works perfectly. It mounts onto the turn signal lever and has speed up and down and resume. It also used magnets on the drive shaft to sense the speed, and connects to both sides of the brake switch to cut it off when you touch the brakes. It has a servo that mounts on the left inner fender and needs manifold vacuum and connects to the linkage an the carb. It comes with an assortment of different pieces that lets you hook it to different applications. Price in 8/2009 was $229.99.

Thanks for the responses, I found one built by Dakota Digital that looks like a pretty good unit.
