You all were very helpful last time. I saved a ton of money not buying a total resto project. A man here has a 1975 Delta 88 Convertible. The car is in great original shape with 35,000 original miles. The paint is great but original. Automatic 350. Any value estimates?

What are the options on this car? I have seen asking prices for low mileage examples in the mid-teens but NADA classic is running $10k for high retail.

The Old Cars Price Guide puts the value of one of these in #3 condition ("car show" condition but not showroom condition) at about $6,700. In showroom condition, about $10,500.


Collector Car Market Review has values very similar to the OCPG.

NADA values are famous for being too high by miles. I think many sellers have gone to their graves hoping to get what NADA says is the value for their cars.

 

Depends on what you want. Do you care that it's not the best years, and not the best car in terms of hobby wide desirability? Some people really like them, though.
