Well I'm in the market for a nice daily driver Oldsmobile before they all either rust into dust, or become too collectible to drive everyday. I found a nice 92 Trofeo for around $3000 with all the options that still work, with 108k on the clock, however has the infamous digital dash that likes to blank out every now and then.... should this steer me away? or is there a fix for this problem that wont cost as much as the car?

 

it is not cheap to fix. you can send them to a place in MI that will fix it but i think it is in the $800 area. i would have to look up where the place is. i think there is a thread on it here. you may try a search and see if it comes up.
