4 speed hump question again....

OK I have looked through all the threads , and I bought the 4 speed hump for a 1969 442 , I know "approximately where it goes, but can someone give be opening measurements? length and width The piece arrived and I laid it over the top of the current hole and thank god it covers that LOL... but in all the threads I have read it needs modification to accommodate the shifter, Any help would be greatly appreciated

Eddie, are you wanting the size of the hole in the floorpan that the hump is welded to? Or the opening of the hump itself?

Here's a few pictures from a 1968 4 speed car. Let me know if the measurement you needed is here or if not describe what you'd like to see.
