any one have any idea were i might find door latch mechanisms ?

 

Not sure if they're wagon-specific, and my 64 body parts book is packed up, but I'd think any 63-64 GM B-body wagon should use the same latches. These wagon bodies were built by Ionia Body Company but did use a lot of Fisher hardware.
