Hey has anyone changed thier alt with seperate volt reg over to a internal reg alt? if so howed ya do it?

I think I posted something before on this did you get the print here it is again I did it with a Summit racing alternator http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-811001/ then all you have to do is convert to the more modern plug which you can get at an auto parts store or off a newer car ,,
