This may have been asked, but I didn't find it. Can any ignition condenser be used for the noise condenser on the coil or regulator?

 

As long as the rating of the condenser that you use is equal to or more than what was on there originally your good. You should be able to get one at your local auto parts store. There is also one on the voltage regulator that acts up.
