Need help with horn

I've had my 72 Convertible for a couple of years and the horn has never worked. I've been content just yelling at people. Now I have a little extra time and most major projects are finished so I thought I would take a whack at the horn.

I popped the horn button off no problem and removed the steering wheel no problem. What I have is one green wire that the previous owner put electrical tape on. When that exposed wire touches anything metal the horn sounds - so the horn works but it just wasn't hooked up. I also noticed the plunger and spring mentioned in other threads were missing.

So I got a new spring and plunger, new horn contact, etc. But I have no idea how everything goes together because mine was disassembled to begin with.

Any help, especially with pics would be greatly appreciated. Just where do I connect that wire? And how do I install the spring/plunger?

Just push the spring-loaded contact through the hole and twist it 90° clockwise to lock it in.
