I deleted your duplicate post in the Small Blocks forum to avoid duplication. I've also responded to your PM, but I'm posting this here for general consumption.

Yes, use the 350 motor and frame mounts. They bolt directly to the 455. The 350 and 455 brackets are the same, however the A/C and non-A/C brackets are different. Whichever set you use, you must use the water pump and pulleys that match. The PS pump brackets are all the same, so if you've left your old PS pump still hooked up in the car, it will bolt directly to the 455. Just remember to reinstall the two spacers between the pump bracket and the block.

The long tail 400 can be made to work, but you will need a custom driveshaft and you may need to relocate the crossmember holes in the frame. The A-body cars used the short tail TH400. Of course, any TH400 swap requires a different driveshaft and front yoke from the TH350.

Any headers for a 68-72 Cutlass/442 with the 455 will work. Be aware that some fit better than others and that you will likely need to relocate the brake distribution block on the frame.
